In addition to BRAND NEW items, we also sell both NEW OLD STOCK items as well as PREOWNED/USED items included both budget and high-end BRASS MODELS at a fair price.

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final from both our online and on-site ranch store! If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at +1 (814) 979-2922 or email us at littlewillscreek@gmail.com within seven business days. We will promptly take care of the matter by providing return shipping followed by a full refund upon the items return. Items to be returned MUST be in their original sealed packaging to receive a full refund. If you have any further questions, please give our ranch store a call using the phone number listed above. If a model train has a factory defect, give our shop a call and we would be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer to resolve the issue for you as best we can. Most models come with factory warranties with clear and easy instructions to return the model directly to them for repairs or replacement. All used/preowned items are SOLD AS IS and are not returnable.
SHIPPING:
We use USPS as our main shipping option with FedEx available upon request for domestic shipping options and DHL for shipments to Canada. For local residents within an hour radius of the ranch site, we offer free delivery. To find out more, give us a call or email!
