During your private party, the ranch will be closed to the public for the duration of your event with the animals and steam train at your disposal. For your event you can choose between animal encounters with our alpacas, llamas, sheep & goats, steam train rides along the ranch railroad, access to some of our model train layouts/displays, or all of the above with varying price points to suit every need and budget. Areas for staging, gathering and meals as well as other fun ranch activities are included with every event/party. Our private party/event offerings are on a 2-hour time slot and pricing varies upon whether the steam train is reserved or not, if animal encounters are included and if so, how many/what kinds (alpacas, llamas, sheep & goats) are to be included during your event. In addition, your party/event can be extended for a total of 4 hours at an additional cost of $50.00 per 30 minutes over the initial 2-hour time slot.

We also offer shorter private 45-minute farm tours with limited behind the scenes access including in our steam locomotive shop and some personal animal encounters with a few select alpacas, llamas and goats during your tour. These 45-minute private tours are $5.00 per person, $10.00 for groups of 5-9, $15.00 for groups of 10-15 and $20 for groups of 16-20.

All private events are subject to cancellation with full refund or rescheduling options due to WEATHER. Other than weather related issues, in order to receive a refund for you 50% deposit, you MUST give at least 72 HOURS NOTICE!
